I'm looking for an easy way of increasing the adhesion of chicken embryo fibroblasts onto the bottom of 24-well plates, such as coating with some sort of adhesion factor. From google searching, I think people can do this, but I personally can't find a straight answer.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I think collagen should work, however, various types and fractions are on the market, so grab 3 or 4 and try...
