Hi,

I have huge problem to get any RNA from fungi when dealing with Fast Prep Isolation Kit. It is also very difficult to dissolve it in DEPC water after washing with 75% EtOH. Did anyone experience this problem. Any suggestions?

May be you dried it too long,  add water stick int the water bath above 50-60°C for 10mts

or you could add water and leave for O/N at 4°C,  or some sutiable buffers
