Two questions about zymography:
1. If i make a zymography with SDS-PAGE gel, the buffers are the same used in a western blot? Now I´m making zymography using ammediol but i want to try with the other method.
2. What kind of collagen do you use for a collagen zymography for detect MMP-1?
