Does anyone have experience using 96 well filterplates to grow the cellsuspension on 24 h before treatment, then treat the cells, then use vaccuum to make the fluid run through and then wash a couple of times with PBS?
(Then put the plastic bottom back on - and lyse the cells?)
Can you use these filterplates several times? What about leakage? I have experienced a lot of leakage of the lysates, which is not desirable.
The reason for using these filterplates are that I have few cells (200 000) and find it hard to have them in an eppendorftube and lyse them there, since I loose so much of the cells then.
Any tips?
