Hi,

I am trying to establish melanoma cancer cell lines from patient's tumors.
The problem I have is how to distinguish the cancer cell from the fibroblast.  

Normally, I check the morphology first for establishing other cancer cell lines.

Does anyone have any advise for establishing melanoma cell line?
