Hey Everyone,

I accidentally left my siRNA in the fridge overnight.

I reconstituted the siRNA with DEPC water to a concentration of 20uM and then left them in the fridge overnight by accident instead of the freezer. I'm not sure how stable siRNA is...do you think they are ok?

Many thanks in advance for your advice!

dsRNA is quite stable. Briefly storage at 4C won't degrade your dsRNA. If you want to make sure, run an argrose gel to check its integrity. It is very easy to do.

Hi pcrman,

The gel is a great idea! Thank you!
