Does anybody have a successful procedure for labelling the endothelial cell layer of the blood vessel in tumour tissue? I am having problems with background labelling, both with fluorescence and chromogen tags. Actual blood cells are also getting stained and a 2.4% hydrogen peroxide wash of 20 mins has not solveed this. I would be grateful for any help.
