Hi,
We bought the Proteome Profiler™ Array Rat Cytokine Array Panel A from R&D systems and I was wondering if anyone has ever successfully reused one of these membranes? If so, do you mind sharing the protocol?
Normal stripping protocols won't work in this case since Beta Mercaptoethanol would breakdown the antibodies that are part of the membrane.
