I am using centrifugation to fractionate cytosolic and mitochondrial fractions. I would like to know if there is a cytosolic (and a mitochondrial)-exclusive enzyme that can be assayed in order to make sure that the correct fraction has been obtained

cytosolic markers Phosphofructokinase, or hexokinase, or even aldolase..for mitochondrial preps...cytochrome C, ornithine transcarbamoylase, pyruvate dehydrogenase
