Hallo,
has anyone a good program or link to a program that I can use to open .gb files from genbank?
(its a program that shows plasmid and bacteria DNA sequences etc...)
any help would be appreciated.

you can open it using any text editor such as textpad, or any sequence manipulating program such as vector NTI.

You can open .gb files, or import directly from GenBank, using the free SnapGene Viewer:

This program works on both Mac and Windows. It will draw a map, and allows you to annotate features and see restriction sites.
