Hello all,
If anyone on here has worked with the N9 mouse microglial cell line in the past, I would much appreciate it if you could tell me about some of the characteristics of the cell line - e.g. medium requirements, speed of growth, morphology (adherent, semi adherent), method of detachment (scraping v. trypsinization), and anything else that is relevant.

Thank you!

:)
