[SLK2010]

Please help. I am making up Vishniac and Santer trace element solution. I have the recipe but I am uncertain how to make up the solution. I have read add all the ingrediants then pH to 6.0 using KOH.

I have also read to dissolve the EDTA and ZnSO4 first the PH to 6.0 before adding all the other ingredients. Then pH to 4.0 using HCL and autoclave.

Can anyone help me?

Can you solution be autoclaved? How should I store it? What colour do you expect it to be!
