i have expressed my GST-fused protein in ArcticExpress though in low amounts in the sup but the problem is getting rid of the GST after cleavage. it seems to bind to my protein as well as a bit of clp60. i am now trying digestion without glutathione sepharose to see if i can get rid of the two unwanted proteins. any idea out there as am running out of time.
