How to prepare Taxotere

Hii...
i want to use Docetaxel (Taxotere)as a positive control on cancer cell lines .I was wondering how should i prepare it?
i got a small amount (5mg) from sigma

any suggestion?

Dissolve in ethanol or DMSO to make a stock solution and then dilute in cell culture medium to the desired concentrations.
