Hi Everyone!
I am a first year master student.
I am trying to farctionate nuclear order to look at the level of HIF1. I used the Abcam protocol by skipping the measurement of the protein amount with Bradford assay.
Now,I am trying to increase the amount of nuclear fraction,but I dont know how to do?Does anyone have idea?thank you!
