Someone please help,

How can we check the targets of a miRNA with * bcoz miRNA.org always asks to try the fuzzy search, which removes the asterisk and shows the results.

Can any one help me with how to use PicTar(what is gene ID in pictar), miRanda (how to download and use it). I know it is not a specific question but any resources to read and understand is a lot helpful.
