Hi guys,
Haven't been here in a while. Good to see everyone is alive and kicking.
So my question is:
Can I leave DNA in agarose gel piece overnight at 4oC before extraction?

Just to be safe I store gel slices at -20 overnight.

according to the instruction of promega dna purification kit, you can save the gel slice at 4 or -20 c for up to one week. i think -20 is better.
