Hi everyone,

I was going to use K562, HL60, and MOLT4 cells, and wanna make immunostaining(IF), but donnot know how to stain them with antibodies, as they grow in non-adherent way. Please help me out to solve this problem with some protocol.

I don't have a protocol, but you could try treating them like you would blood and do a smear on a slide.
