Hello,

I am using drug with molecular weight 264.32 in cell culture. dose I need is 2μM  4μM and 10μM.
I prepared stock of 1mM and added 2 microlit in 1ml of media for 2μM and likewise for subsequent doses.
Now I want to do MTT assay and try the same doses but in 100 microlit of media.
but the volume of stock needed for 100 microlit of media is coming in 0.2 microlit. How can I obtain this volume.
Please guide me.

There are pipettes available that can accurately dispense this small a volume.

However, if I were you, I would make up enough for however many wells you need and then aliquot out in 100ul amounts. It would be much more accurate, faster and easier.
