hello evrey body ive recently join this forum coz its really good especially for a bigener like me



i wanna test some ionophore on enterococci faecalis SB11297,SB12297,SB385
SUCH ionophore like ,MONENSIN,VALINOMYCIN, NIGIERICIN    my problem is to determind the MIC for them but i dont know the start Conc. even when i added the medium with th drug it becoms cloudy >>>PPT

do these reagents first need to be diluted in organic solvent?  check merck index.

yep there soluble n ethanol and some of them n methanol

but how can use merk index??
