Can agarose gel be used to seperate 107bp, 80bp and 25 bp? What percentage, the thing is that i am not comfortable dealing with PAGE, i hope some one came across seperation of 80bp before and every comments are hightly appreciated....

Nusieve 3:1 agarose or Metaphor agarose will do this, at 2.5 - 3% gel concentration.  PAGE will be better.

I have separated 184 bp from 154 bp using a 2.5% gel. Worked well enough to tell the difference. They were separate PCR products, however, not a single sample with both bands in it.
