Hi!
Is it possible to transfect cells simultaneously with two or more than two siRNAs? If yes then how do i optimize the concentrations required? How do i proceed? Plz help!

It is possible, but be cautious that when you throw in two siRNAs into a cell, they may not function equally as expected because Ago2 protein has preference over certain thermodynamically structured siRNAs. So you need proper controls,eg, combination with a control siRNA. You should also check knockdown efficiency of each siRNA used alone or in combination.

Thax for the reply.
So, hw do i optimize the simultaneous transfection?
