I want to express a mirna in the liver of zebrafish ?
How to build this kind of vector?

You will need to clone the precursor miRNA sequence (the pre-miRNA sequence plus 100-200 bp flanking sequences on both sides) into a expression vector and the transcription of the miRNA in the vector should be driven by a tissue (liver) specific promoter.
