hi guys:
recently i have a experiment about detecting the ubiquitiantion protein in dendritic cell. but in my lab, there are nobody to do this. as a newer, i cannot do it by myself. can someone do a fever. thank you very much.
if there are some information about proteasome inhibitors, i will be lucky!
best wish!!
can someone list some proteasome inhibitors?

MG-132 is a commonly used 26S-proteasome inhibitor.

Lactacystin costs a lot more than MG132, but is also more effective and specific.
I once used an even better one called Velcade, but it was extraordinarily expensive.

thanks for your replies! i am very appreciated. but the question is my cell line-dendritic cell. i found that some proteasome inhibitors(MG132) can influence the cell line (e.g:promote the cell appotosis). so i want to know if there are proteasome inhibitor having slight influence on dendritic cell.
and i will do CO-IP about ubiquitiate protein. does anybody have some protocol about that?
thank you very much.
