Hi guys,
Got a question, does anyone have used pcDNA3.3 to express the interested protein? I have use pcDNA3.1 to express a secreting protein, but the yield is pretty low, about 20ug/L. I saw that invitrogen claims that pcDNA 3.3 can increase the expression at least 5-fold compared to 3.1. I am quite interested in it, but I don't want to buy the topo pcDNA3.3 cloning kit as it''s very expensive and I don't need it in foreseeable future. I was wondering if anyone here would have this vector and would be generous to just give me a bit? I will appreciate it a lot.
