Does anyone know of a protocol for selectively permeabilizing/unmasking the nucleus/DNA without concurrently weakening the cell cytoplasmic membrane so that overall cell morphology is lost ?ThanksMark

If anyone knows of any info about the animal cell and knows where i can find pictures on it (including a diaphram of the nuclear membrance, nucleolus centriole, the golgi bodies and the chromatin. Thank you with any help that you can give me
