I need to precipitate my protein before loading to SP column with amoinum sulphate 70 % saturation...
can some body tell me how to 70% saturate the supernatent with amonium sulphate?????

Are you working from a paper? If so, you might want to do some trials at lower NH4.SO4 concentrations, in order to get rid of other proteins that precipitate below 70%, unless, of course, your protein is still soluble at 70% and you're getting rid of everything else...
