would you recommend to bye separate glutamine stocks and add it before medium is used?

Is L-glutamine in media stable over a time?

Glutamine is NOT stable over time, thats why Glutamine is available as a 100x concentrated solution. I always buy media (-) L-Glutamine.

Glutamine is NOT stable over time, thats why Glutamine is available as a 100x concentrated solution. I always buy media (-) L-Glutamine.
