Dear people,

   does someone know if carbohydrates like for example L-Arabinose do have something like an expiry date? We have the problem that we are not able to achieve induction using arabinose and pBAD systems? Is it possible that the arabinose is too "old"? ...or is it a sole cloning related problem?

Maybe there is a carbohydrate specialist among us
