Hi All,
Could anyone out there give me info regarding the following:
I have to do peptide pulsing to see cellular responses against HIV-1 tat. Could you please tell me the tat peptides that will be presented in the context of MHC-1 of H2D and H2b cells. Since I need to order the peptides I would rather specific peptides than the whole panel of overlapping ones.
Is there a program that would help me do that or should I try to manually scan the whole aminoacid sequence and identify anchor residues for h2d and h2b backgrounds? And is there a table available somewhere which lists the residues by the haplotypes? Thanks in advance. I would greatly appreciate a reply to this.
regards
Lakshmi
