Does anyone use Accuri  Cytometer C6 for flow cytometry assays? If yes, can you please give some advise on the analysis part? Also how is it different than the Flow Jo?

Accuri C6 makes data in FCS 3.0 compartible format. So that you can use any off-line analytical software to analayze that data (like FlowJo, FCSExpress, etc..etc..).
