Hi,
I would like to perform an in vitro translation with the ambion kit, but with the classical use of S35-Met to detect the product, we would like to test separately the incorporation of the aa Lysine-H3.
Is anyone have ever tryed this, possible or not to detect the signal by scintillation or by SDS -Page?
