I just began a project about secreted miRNAs in non small-cell lung cancer.

i d like to know if anyone have already done such miRNA isolation from large amount of culture supernatant and if yes how !

I have also heard about an new isolation kit for exosomes generaly. and because those miRNa are retained in exosomes, it might be interesting to use this.
it s called ExoQuick from System Bioscience.
here is the link : http://www.systembio...quick-exosomes/

It is kind of weird because they manage to precipitate exosome with one reagent, in one step and only with a slow centrifugation !
the protocol I got implies a total 7 hrs of centrifugation steps and at realy high speed !

thanks for your advices and thoughts !
