The Ag/Ab interactions can be dissociated in acidic conditions, say PH=2.8. How are the disulphide bonds of Ab involved in such conditions? Are they also broken like the non-covalent bonds? At what PH value the non-covalent bonds are broken while the disulphide bonds of Ab can be preserved?
