Why does MicroCOSM yield more targets than TargetScan.
They both use conservation and similar prediction algorithms. Why is this and which would be more reliable?

I think it is just a matter of at what strigency the prediction algoriths are run. Of course, the one that gives less targets tends to also give more reliable targets.
