I need some help comparing several different test methods across papers and the test results. Because the test methods are all slightly different, I need some help interpreting the results so I can accurately compare the test results.

Just for the record, this is not for school or educational purposes, but for private research.


Specifically, I am a little confused with the test methods as some of the papers are referring to a concentration of 100 ug/ml, whereas others are 10 gm/ml and so forth.

If someone is able to assist me and explain this so that I can compare apples to apples and not apples to oranges, that would be most helpful.
