I'm looking for a worm strain which expresses GFP without a fusion protein. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Abbas,
There are many strains that will have GFP driven by a promoter of interest. You will probably have to figure out which cell types or developmental stages you want the GFP expressed. You might also have more luck trying this question at this forum: http://www.wormbase.org/forums/
