I want to confirm is there a ubiquitination and is E3 ligase X its E3 ligase?
As you can see,do you think these are some ubiquitination?
In one of them, the smear increase when I add Ub-his,whereas in the other experiment, the smear was heavier when I didn't add Ub nor E3 ligase X.So I was confused if it was ubiquitination or not at all.I don't know how to distinguish between Ubiquitination and Sumolytion or something from the smear.Do you know?
In addition, why was heavy smear likely to appear in the two borders of the lanes?
