Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has a working protocol for immunofluorescence labelling of nNOS or eNOS on spleen tissue.I have tried to label nNOS or eNOS on rat skeletal muscle cryostat sections using a published protocol.The results were not very obvious. The labelling on skeletal muscle is my positive control.Therefore, before I do the labelling on splenic tissues, I want to ensure the antibodies be working on my positive controls first.Thanks!
