Hello,

Does anybody, I di my DNA extraction using salting out method. Unfortunately, I forgot to add 20% of SDS ath the fvery first step (together with Nuclei Lysis buffer and Proteinase K). I just realized that i did not added that SDS when I found ot there were no DNA 'cotton wool' form when adding absolute cold ethanol. How to resolve this problems becaue the samples is very precious (patients).

CAn I re-do the expreiment with that added ethanol cells from the benning step?

You can just use it directly. If your salting out method involves boiling, you probably might already have some DNA in it.
Cotton wool is not always necessary.
