I need a method suitable for routine processing of clincial samples - looking forvarious respiratory pathogens?

I think you can try Qiagene kit for your purpose. They provide some kit for isolatingDNA and RNA from clinical samples like sputum. some of them are in 96 format and can beroutinly used.
