hi...please i need help...im new in doing comet assay...
my ES unit is a bit small. can only use 6 slides per run... would it be ok if i overlap each slides?
if running it again can i use the same electrophoresis buffer solution? will my samples on slide wont be harm if it will wait for couple of minutes while running the 1st batch on ES?
