I did my initial screening of differentially expressed microRNAs by Exiqon microarrays. I have narrowed down to few microRNAs and want to validate them. I have been reading through all the technical notes for Exioqn, NCode and AB qPCR kits and still cannot figure out which one is the most reliable and standard reaction for microRNA qPCR. I see the AB system in lots of publications. Being very costly, is it considered as a reliable and fast assay? Any input and experince is highly appreciated.
