I'm doing my PhD in Animal Biotech & especially my studies is on Biomarker study in CSF of BSE diseased cows.
I'M trying to deplet albumin from my serum sample for that GE healthcare blue sepharose 6 fast flow kit was purchased but didnt give us any information on binding buffer. Since most of them do experiments on human i find it difficult in getting information regarding best binding buffer for bovines ...can anybody help me with giving me details regarding the binding buffers ..................
