[miRNA man]

I need to do a teratoma assay with some mouse ES cells but I can't find any detailed protocol. Specifically, my boss wants to make sure that we use the correct type of immunodeficient mice, but the literature only says to use SCID or nude but doesn't say the actual strain. There are many different SCID mouse strains, so I was wondering if anybody has done this assay before and can say what strain works best. My mouse ES cell line is v6.5, which is a C57Bl x 129 F1 hybrid cell line.
