how to reserve antibody of NOS? a friend of mine would like to send some antibody of NOS to me .but he is in beijing ,i'm in hangzhou .and could you tell me how to reserve it besides using dry ice?by the way he has no dry ice with him

niceleaf....if he has access to ice packs or just ice in baggies....dilute the Ab to approx  1 mg/mL in PBS containing 0.1% BSA and 0.025% sodium azide. Distribute the solution in aliquots into clean ( if possible sterile vials ) and ship on ice or cool packs. These antibody preps are good for up to a year if stored at 4C and handled under fairly decent aseptic procedures.
