Hello,

I am looking for a protocol to stain microglia on paraffin embedded brain and spinal cord sections.

I would prefer a fluorescent method because I need to do a double staining and also take some photos with confocal microscopy.

Thank you in advance, any help will be greatly appreciated.

I used ED1 from abdserotec.
up to 1/500 but works in fluo best at 1/200 on rat brain tissue.
