Hi guys!

As some of you may know, the FDA regulations stipulate doing mycoplasma detection using Soft Agar Assays and Hoescht Staining.

I'm trying to implement these protocols in the lab that I am in. Does anyone have a good protocol for these assays? We have both suspension-adapted cells as well as adherent cells.
