Hi Everyone

I need some help I did a singleplex and a multiplex for CTX-M-1 and 9 and I got different lengths when compared to a 1kn ladder (promega). I am not reall sure what length they are supposed to be now.

If anyone could let me know that be great.

My gel results with 1kb ladder:

For singleplex

M1= 1000bp
M9= 900 bp

Multiplex (CTX-M-1,2,9 were  used in the reaction)

M1= 450bp region
M9= 200bp region
