I am working with Th cells differentiation. Retroviral  infection and anti-CD3 stimulated  Th1 and Th2 cells generally lead to death of these cells, more aggresive death in Th1 cells. Although infection efficiency is more than 50%, cell death is a great worry to me. Can any expert give some advice on my email address.

In reference to your question about retroviral infection and cell death of T helper cell. In order to give you an advice I need to know the concentration of cells in your solution i.e. how many cells/ml you are using in your assay and the duration of the assaay.
